Russian Energy Week International Forum (13-15 October 2021, Moscow)
Russian Energy Week International Forum has been held since 2017 and has immediately become the most important energy efficiency event in Russia and abroad.
REW is organized by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow and operated by the Roscongress Foundation.
The Forum is being held to demonstrate the prospects of the Russian fuel and energy industry and unlock the potential of international cooperation in energy.
The central event of the previous REW 2019 business programme was a plenary session entitled ‘Energy Partnership for Sustainable Growth’, which included an address by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The main programme of the Forum included over 70 events in various formats, such as the plenary session, panel sessions, roundtables, lectures, meetings of industry experts etc. 417 speakers took part in the Forum business programme. In 2019, the four-day Forum was attended by over 10,000 participants and media representatives from Russia and 115 other countries and territories.
In 2021 the Forum is set to take place on 13-15 October at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall in Moscow. The Forum will serve as a platform for a discussion of the main challenges faced by the energy sector and topical problems involving the development of:

the coal industry;

petrochemistry;

electricity;

nuclear power;
-
hydropower;
-
renewable source of power (RESOP);

energy conservation and increased energy efficiency.
